An invitation to hear the flowers again – as elders, allies, and teachers
Five Week Workshop on Tuesdays, 7:00-8:30 pm Eastern, beginning January 27th, 2026. Details Below

In this live, online, experiential workshop, you’ll be gently guided into the world of flowers — not as objects of beauty, but as sentient elders with stories to tell and wisdom to share. Blending science, imagination, and reverence, we’ll explore how the flowers speak to us and support our unfolding. This is a space to awaken your intuitive senses, deepen your joy, and remember the ancient bond between humans and the flowers that have always loved us.
In an uncertain world, finding our inner strength and resilience is empowering and necessary to help us step outside the dominant narrative we are being fed in the media. The flowers are infinitely stronger than we realize and they want to share their secrets and wisdom with us, and deepen our community, and our roots, together.
Through stories, and shared experiences we will explore how flowers are the elders who midwifed us into this world and want to nurture us still. Together we will gently, slowly, and convincingly step into their world and begin to understand what the flowers have to share with us when we shift from talking about flowers in third person to welcoming them into our conversations as respected elders.
“This is a powerful and unique workshop. I really welcomed this opportunity to follow my intuitive passion for flowers. Mary provides a space for didactic information, group discussion and experiential learning to help participants come to know these amazing, ancient beings and our relationship with them in a way that was fulfilling and had me wanting more!” – Merryl
In this course, you will:
- Gain a felt sense of the long evolutionary story of our planet and how the flowers are our elders with so much wisdom to share that is eons older than our own.
- Learn how much guidance is available to us from the flowers, and how to allow ourselves to receive it and trust it to support ourselves and our loved ones.
- Redefine plants and flowers as sentient, unpack centuries of human hubris as the only intelligent creatures and explore the possibilities that open when we see the world around us from other beings’ points of view.
- Explore how it is collaboration between all life forms, so much more than survival and competition, that drives our evolution and holds the vast webs of our ecosystems together.
- Hear about the latest science in plant intelligence in an easy, intriguing and digestible manner.
- Be given tools to explore and trust our imagination and intuition – the key methods for communicating with all the non-human world.
- Be slowly escorted through a step-by-step process to connect with the flowers and receive their wisdom, guidance and support for your everyday life.
- Deepen our awe and wonder of flowers and the natural world all around us.
- Gain a greater understanding of why reverence for our natural world is key to our future.
- Be visually engaged with a vibrant powerpoint in each session so you can receive the information visually as well as audibly.
- Receive handouts, bibliography, and worksheets to be used after the workshop is done
- And much more…

“Flower lovers unite! I always sensed the flowers were a powerful presence in our human experience, and this workshop wove together both science and mystic tradition in a way that helped to contextualize and anchor what my intuition already sensed — deepening my love for the flowers over and over again, week after week. It was a rich and vibrant journey where we explored, in collective space, the aliveness of the flowers. Mary is a wise, kind, and generous guide who truly speaks for the flowers. I feel blessed to have gotten to participate in this beautiful experience” – Terry
“While I have worked with essential oils in a similar vein to Mary’s path, becoming mindful and heartful of the actual flower was a revelation. Mary draws heart-centered, open people into her sphere and that makes the class even more potent. I loved the blend of history, science, and intuition.” -Lori
“This class opened my eyes to the evolutionary history of flowers and their capacity to communicate clearly with us if we listen. Mary is a knowledgeable and sensitive teacher, encouraging and supportive, and provided many opportunities for class interaction. I recommend this class highly. – Carolyn
Each workshop will be limited to 20 people, allowing time for shared experiences, stories, questions and to cultivate conversations among participants. All sessions will be recorded in case you miss one or some of them. We will have a FB group to share pictures and our experiences with the flowers. All classes will be offered on Zoom.
